Can I join another group on the tour?

All tours are private, but if a single participant or a couple expresses the interest to join another group, this will be communicated with all parties to ensure everyone is agreeable to the arrangement.

What are your cancellation policies?

• 100% refund: Cancellation made 7 days before booking date, or with valid medical documentation due to illness/injury or official certification of death in family.

• 50% refund: Cancellation made 4 days before booking date.

• Postponements (within 12 months) allowed for group bookings with valid medical documentation due to illness/injury or official certification of death in family. If others continue the trip, the affected participant will receive a 100% refund.
